- Passed B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.Sc. (Home Science)/B.C.A./B.B.M. examination from any University in Telangana or a recognized University outside Telangana.
- Final year appearing students of 2024 can also apply.
- Minimum marks:
- General Category: 50% in Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree (or equivalent)
- Reserved Categories: 40% in Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree (or equivalent)
